Role Overview:
As the Technical Co-Founder of DostChat.in, you will be responsible for leading the company’s technology strategy, product development, and innovation. You’ll work closely with the CEO to align technical capabilities with business goals and play a crucial role in shaping the company’s future.
This is an equity-based role, offering you a significant stake in the company and its growth.
Key Responsibilities:
Architect, design, and develop the core product infrastructure and features.
Lead the technical team, including hiring, mentoring, and managing engineers.
Drive the company’s technology vision and roadmap.
Oversee system architecture and ensure scalability, security, and reliability.
Develop AI-driven features for chat personalization, sentiment analysis, and intelligent automation.
Stay updated with advancements in AI/ML technologies and integrate them into the product.
Collaborate with the CEO to align technology strategy with business objectives.
Work on building a Minimum Viable Product (MVP) and iterating based on user feedback.
Qualifications:
Proven experience as a technical founder, CTO, or senior developer in a startup environment.
Expertise in programming languages and frameworks relevant to chat or SaaS platforms (e.g., JavaScript, Python, React, Node.js, etc.).
Hands-on experience with AI/ML frameworks and tools such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, OpenAI APIs, or similar.
Strong understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) and its applications in chat platforms.
Deep understanding of scalable system design, APIs, cloud platforms (AWS, GCP, etc.), and DevOps.
A passion for building intuitive, user-friendly, and AI-powered products.
Entrepreneurial mindset with a problem-solving approach.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
