We are looking for experienced and entrepreneurial product leaders to help build and scale a world-class product organization in Gurgaon/Bangalore. If you are excited about fintech, building a product from the ground up and learning from a team of product, engineering, and business leaders, this is the role for you.

Strong PM execution skills

A high bar across the board - from your own contributions to the people you work with to the products you work on

Data Driven - You know how to leverage data to make decisions without getting stuck in analysis paralysis

Execute - This means being constantly biased towards action, knowing the data, being in the details, and building strong collaborative relationships with other teams, thinking ambitiously, disambiguating, always thinking of the customer first, and rapidly iterating towards something demonstrably awesome

Must have qualifications:

Hiring across experience levels starting with a minimum 2 years experience as a Product Manager

Technical skills - Ability to advise and evaluate engineering decisions

Passion for Consumer FinTech/Payments and knowledge of the industry
