Strong experience on Payments Issuance side
Should have lead a team of product managers earlier
Thought leader in the space
Scaled products over a period of time
Cross functional experience and managing interaction with various teams.
Should have led a team of 10+
Experience in Agile methodology for product development
Take Zaggle to a leadership position in the Payments Fintech space in India and Globally
Draw up a product vision for Payments
Drive the product along with sales to desired Revenue and Profit
Participate in various forums all over the world
Recruit, lead, train the team desired, to achieve the outcome
Ensuring 100% customer satisfaction
Prioritizing product feature rollout
Ensure training material for the Sales and product team
Interactions with various department leaders and the management for desired outcome
Implement OKR
Work with Operations and customer service to ensure product deliverables are met
Coordinate with Marketing to help further product awareness and brand salience
MBA from top tier business school
Problem solving skills is a must
Extremely good communication skills
7+ years overall in Payments and Issuance
Should have worked in a B2B company though not essential
