About the Role:
As the business and team grow and expand, we are in the lookout for a Performance Marketing Manager with strong paid media credentials who is determined to grow the business with us. You will be working very closely with the different product managers, for SEO, affiliates, display and social media.
We work in a very dynamic environment where change is the constant and new exciting projects come up all the time: you will need to be able to identify patterns and opportunities, think at scale and prioritise tasks by their impact on business goals
This role reports to our VP - Marketing, with campaigns covering multiple products and solutions, your input will be key to get us to the next level of growth.
Responsibility:
Drive business growth
Develop new campaigns for multiple products and solutions as we expand our product offering and the territories in which our services are offered.
Develop and deliver effective, measurable, multi-channel marketing campaigns to support business strategy.
Help us attract new customers, take market share, and increase revenue across key regions.
Manage the local budget for marketing and communications.
Track marketing performance and report on effectiveness and ROI.
Promote and protect the brand
Build awareness of the brand and increase customer loyalty.
Work with cross-site teams and agencies to guarantee consistency, on-brand creative, and best practices across all markets and campaigns.
Champion effective customer-focused marketing
Stay in touch with customer needs and latest marketing trends
Help our prospects and customers understand our products and services and achieve their goals.
Work with our in-house subject matter expects to create content that positions us as thought leaders.
Functional expertise
A/B test ad copy and landing pages to drive optimal performance, while considering the behavioural nuances of our customers and prospective customers.
Coming up with new, fresh ideas on processes and products, and on how to improve the company’s results.
Consistently monitoring results against targets, in line with the budgeted spend.
Keep up to date with current technologies and initiatives relevant to digital marketing.

Experience/Qualifications:
10+ years’ broad business experience (ideally in marketing within the financial sector).
Planned and delivered successful, high-profile, multi-channel campaigns, above and below the line, including (but not limited to):
Press and outdoor
Digital and social media
Partnerships, sponsorship and events.
Used customer insights to shape effective marketing and communications.
Managed teams, projects, and budgets.
Good knowledge of Excel and PowerPoint to analyse trends in search data and report back to the business.
Highly numerate and able to easily interpret large portions of data to assess marketing campaigns
Understanding the core KPI's and how the marketing channel mix works.
