About the Role:
The Brand Marketing Director will be responsible for Zaggle's brand and communications strategy across all touchpoints. He/she will plan and lead an annual campaigns calendar, manage marketing budgets, ensure integration with stakeholders and guide the day-to-day activities of the wider brand marketing team as well as our creative agency to help promote Zaggle as a market leader.

Responsibility:
Content Management
Lead the content marketing strategy, development, and implementation to generate awareness of Zaggle and educate, inspire and engage a variety of audiences.
Create and deliver disruptive content in all formats (written, video, audio, etc) across owned and earned channels (including social media, website, blog, influencer program, and sponsored content) that is insight-driven, on brand, and drives results.
Test, revise, and optimize content to help uncover the most successful approaches.
Identify newsworthy, share-worthy content opportunities that resonate with target audiences.
Use market and customer data to develop actionable content that will complement their experience with our product.
Develop Zaggle’s customer stories platform through mining, collection, and creation of stories.
Manage and coordinate contractors, freelancers, and influencers to flawlessly execute on the Zaggle content strategy.
Research and keep a pulse on trends, issues, and topics that matter most to Zaggle’s key audiences around the world to develop content that will capture their attention.
Analysis & Insight
Working in collaboration with internal customers to set the insight and analytics agenda and co-create insights that shape both the definition of local strategies and their successful execution.
Ensuring analytical & insight outputs have recommendations that are practically doable and have a clear line of sight to expected commercial outcomes, commonly conversion, retention, cost saving, incremental value, campaign ROI and cost to serve.
Understanding what our customer segments truly value, how well we satisfy their needs and getting the organisation to understand and act on this.
Working closely with the data team to ensure that we have the most appropriate data to support our ambition, including third party profile data, to support our business needs and making proactive recommendations for enhancements and new sources as necessary.
